To get us access to your Escapia data, please log into your Escapia PMS and grant us access to the following permissions (names):

listMarketingCategories
getReservationChanges
listReservationTypes
getUnitsById

We will also need your escapiaPmcId - it is a short numerical identifier. An example would be something like “1212”.

Find us in the UI:

Make sure we’re enabled, and that we have all the data authorization permissions.

Once you’ve done that, make sure all the permissions are toggled as active.
