Roam can ingest Streamline data via CSV uploads. There are three reports that we’ll need in order to ingest historical data for policy generation. You can follow the steps below to download these reports.
Navigate to your reservation analysis report under “Reports” and select the following. Adjust the dates to be the last 12 months, depending on the current date.
In “Data To Export” on the bottom right of the report, select all fields.
Select the same criteria for the cancellation report. Make sure you export all the data, as indicated above.
Finally, navigate to your “Property Details Report”. Before clicking export, go to “Custom Export Settings” and make sure the property ID is selected. This can be found under the “Standard Fields” dropdown.
After creating all three reports, send them to your onboarding manager.
