Overview

There a few simple steps to get Roam access to your Track data. If you have trouble you can email [email protected] or [email protected].

Steps

  1. Login to Track and navigate to “Company Setup” (select the gear icon in top right)
  2. From company setup navigate to “API Keys”. Alternatively, you can add this url to your Track instance /system/api-keys/. www.[yourtrackurl].com/system/api-keys/
  3. Create new server keys by selecting the green button in top right.
  4. You can name your server key “Roam”
  5. Once you save the key you should get keys that look like the following:

Once you have your key and your secret add it here: https://app.youform.com/forms/iejosvgw
