How to Change Your Cancellation Policy
Step 1: Navigate to Your Unit
Go to your Unit Page in your property management system.

Step 2: Open Reservation Policies
From the left-hand menu:
- Select Pricing & Policies
- Click Reservation Policies
Step 3: Update by Channel
Each booking channel (Airbnb, Vrbo, Direct, etc.) has its own cancellation policy.
- Click into the specific channel
- Update the policy as needed
- Save changes
Cancellation Reasons (Critical for Coverage)
Roam only covers guest-initiated cancellations.
If the wrong reason is selected, the reservation may become ineligible for coverage.
