Our claims process is automated, so there is nothing you have to do to file for a claim or confirm a reservation will be covered.

What will happen is that by the 20th of the month following the departure date of the cancelled reservation, you will get an email from [email protected] that will indicate what claims are to be paid out for the previous month. Furthermore, you will get another email with an ACH link to collect the claimable amount.
