Cancellation Policy

If the Guest cancels the reservation fourteen (14) or more days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the Guest shall be entitled to a full refund of all amounts paid.

If the Guest cancels the reservation between seven (7) and thirteen (13) days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the Guest shall be entitled to a refund equal to fifty percent (50%) of the total reservation amount.

If the Guest cancels the reservation fewer than seven (7) days prior to the scheduled arrival date, no refund shall be issued.

Eligibility Requirements

This cancellation policy applies only to reservations that were (i) booked on or after [GOLIVE DATE], and (ii) booked directly through this website. Reservations made through third-party booking channels, including but not limited to VRBO or Airbnb, are not eligible for refunds under this policy and remain subject to the cancellation terms of the respective third-party platform.
