• Connect to Roam so we can ingest historical data
• Submit last 12 months of bookings/cancellations to underwriters for approval

Once your submit your data, Roam will issue your Master Policy & Placement Agreement in 5–7 business days

2. Let’s make it official

• Signed Policy, Placement Agreement

Once your application is approved we’ll send the doc over via BOX for signature

3. Schedule your Onboarding Call and set your Go-Live Date

Your policy has an effective date, but your go-live date is based on when you update your cancellation policies and set your new rate. At this stage you’ll just need to let your onboarding manager know what date you’d like to golive.
