How to Update Your Streamline Cancellation Policies

Step 1: Navigate to Your Unit

Go to the Unit Page for the property you want to update.

Access Distribution Channel Settings

Step 2: Open Integrations

  1. From the unit page, click Integrations
  2. Select Distribution Channel Settings

Update Cancellation Policies by Channel

Step 3: Edit Channel-Specific Policies

Each channel (Airbnb, Vrbo, Direct, etc.) manages cancellation policies independently.
