Once you have a policy, you will need to set up Track to work with your policy. Specifically, you’ll want to consider how you’re setting up your rates and cancellation reasons.

Our embedded rate setup is used for distributions to OTAs or when you’re using a Roam policy that covers your website where all reservations are covered.

Example setup:

1. Name — "Any name (it won’t be shown to guests)"

This field is purely internal.

It:

• Is visible only to your staff.
• Will not appear to guests on receipts, folios, or OTAs.
• Can be any label that helps you identify the fee (e.g., “Room Recovery Fee,” “Damage Protection Fee,” “Roam Coverage Fee”).
